Shipping Policy

International shipping might experience delay due to the international and P.R.CHINA holidays. to keep track of your order, contact https://www.axispeed.com/  via email:service@axispeed.com address with your names, order numbers,  so we can provide you the order’s tracking number as soon as possible. 

Order Processing Time

a. It is the time elapsed between when the customer places the order and when the seller hands the order over to the delivery service.

b. Generally, orders are shipped out within 3~10 working days of order confirmation/payment. Orders made on the weekends or China public holidays might experience delay accordingly. 

c. Our warehouse will operates on 7 days a week during standard business hours, except on the public holidays. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.
d. Normally, orders will be delivered to buyers country within 10~15 days depends on the distance from China. We experienced and estimated the total process time will be finished in 15 days from placing the order to the arrivals.  
e. Time of custom clearance in buyer's country will not be controlled by Axispeed.com.
